Overall experience was OK, but I would not stay at this hotel again next time in Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice front desk staff, who was very friendly and helpful and showed me to my room(It was the first time I ever had the experience of having a front desk staff show the guest to his room). A nice first expression, but everything becomes less pleasant afterwards. The room is very small, it's a bit shabby even for a solo traveler. There is no desk, instead they have a slim wooden board attached to the wall that's supposed to serve the purpose of a desk, but it's so slim, and I could put my laptop there with its screen set at the right angle. There is no power socket near the board, so you need to carry your laptop to somewhere near the bed where there is a power socket. Speaking of the bed, that's not very clean obviously, there are stints on the bed clothes and pillows... What's worse, there is no hot water in the bath room! The warmest temperature I can get the water to be is somewhere between cool and warm. And their elevator stopped working in the afternoon I arrived, so I had to climb the stairs to get to my room(I kind of felt lucky that my room was just on the 3rd floor). Guys, this is a hotel you should avoid, there are a bunch of other hotels out there with better quality at this price.
