「The cabin and surrounding area were just what we needed to escape reality and reconnect with nature for a bit. The dull roar of the rapids could be heard in the background, helping add to the feeling of seclusion. Add the crackling of the wood stove which kept us toasty warm, we quickly relaxed and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin as well as in the lovely town of Harrisville. Would love to go back and spend more time!」

「Everything from finding the place, to check in, to proximity to activities was great! We didn’t need anything from the hosts during our stay but they were very responsive before hand! The place was great for hanging out during the time we spent inside. Beds were not the most comfortable, and you have to take every piece of garbage with you when you leave which was hard since we were coming from out of town, but we made it work! We had a wonderful time and would return. 」

「Girls trip...3 elder sisters plus second generation niece and her 2 daughters. We all agreed everything was perfect at this location. From bedroom choices to outside porches to full kitchen amenities everything we needed was at our fingertips. Location couldn't have been better. View of the St Lawrence, glimpses of ships traveling in the distance, perfect weather and wonderful flat hiking right in the neighborhood. The location was perfect, we could see the river right from the yard, and the property is within easy walking distance to restaurants, the shops, the riverside parks and the boat museum.
