Private Street Entrance to Spacious Guest Room

This one bedroom is the perfect place for a visit to Philadelphia. Just steps away from the bustling 2nd Street with an array of restaurants, bars, and popular shops. Quick easy access to Girard Subway Station and buses that can take you to parts of Philadelphia. Don't forget to check if your favorite music artist is playing at The Fillmore located a quick walk away.

The space
Our guests will have the comforts of a large guest bedroom featuring a private entrance to and from the street and private ensuite bathroom. There are no shared spaces - guests will enjoy the freedom of having an entire room without encountering others.

The hosts will be conveniently next door in case of any questions.

Short Philly Weekend
We were only in Philly for one night and this place was perfect. It was very clean, nicely decorated and great location. The hosts were great at responding to any questions we had prior and while there. We will definitely stay here again when visiting.

Short and Sweet Stay
Although it may be little small for some people, this one room place was among the cleanest and best kept we've seen on Vrbo. The check-in and check-out process was easy, and the parking was surprisingly convenient. It's the perfect location to set up a home base during a short stay in the city, with a lot of great things to do and all in walking distance. Grateful to have had the chance to drop in!

Perfect for a Weekend Getaway!
This rental was ideal for our one-night stay in Philadelphia. The space itself was clean and just the right size for me and my significant other. The location was fantastic - close to restaurants and the metro, making it easy to explore the city. Matthew was courteous and even sent helpful pictures to show us how to access the front door. This small touch made check-in a breeze. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting Philadelphia. We hope to stay here again next time we're in town!

The place was clean, well kept and in a good part of the city where you can easily walk to some of the local sights. My stay was quiet, but the host provided ear plugs in case it was a noisy night in the city which I felt was a nice touch. It took me a minute to find parking and I had to park at a lot down on 2nd street. But that feels typical for Philly and isn’t a knock to the host. They provided accurate maps of the area for parking. All in all it was a good stay and would highly recommend it for anyone traveling to Philly.

The stay was wonderful room was exactly as expected, had zero issues and it was perfect for being able to easily get to a show at The Foundry/Fillamore! Also the walk to the Liberty Bell and Liberty house wasn’t too bad either if you are an able walker.

Weekend trip to Phily
We were visiting Philly to attend a wedding. This place is very conveniently located with everything you want within walking distance. We had a rental car since we planned to visit Longwood Gardens as well as a few friends in NJ. The parking is tough otherwise this is perfect location for a short trip to Philly!

Highly recommend!
This room was perfect for a one night stay in Philadelphia! As out of state guests, the location is perfect for walking to close shops and food. The ONLY thing that we had an issue with was parking and NOT but the fault of the owner. It is a very just city and parking was atrocious, but the host gave us maps of all the places to park. We ended up parking in a public lot about 10 min walking distance away and we had no issues. The minimalism of this rental was perfect for 2 guests

Quick Trip
My husband and I were heading to The Fillmore for a concert. This adorable space was perfectly positioned near the theater. We walked to and from the concert without incident. We had food and drinks at The Philadelphia Distillery. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We weren’t bothered at all by the street outside the window—quiet! The pictures of the door were extremely helpful in finding the apartment. Our only struggle was parking. We knew that we would face parking issues, so we were prepared. Ended up parking about 3/4 of a mile away, but that just put us right near Federal Donuts for breakfast. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here after catching a show at the Fillmore. Great location & plenty of bars/restaurants to check out too. Lots of neighbor noise & had to walk a bit for parking - nothing crazy for the city but just in case those things matter to you. Very clean!

Nice room, quiet area. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. It’s a little tricky to find if not familiar with the area but the host provided maps, directions and parking information in advance which helps a lot! The room is comfortable, attractive and well thought out. I definitely would recommend and visit here again 😎

This place is in the perfect location! Walking distance to concert venues. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. Parking as always was a little bit of fun, but with there are a variety of parking lots/garages in very close proximity.

My sister and I stayed here for 2 nights for the SZA concert. I contacted the host about us flying in at midnight, they immediately responded. This place was the perfect size for the 2 of us girls. It’s super cute and great to take pics, super clean. One of the cleanest places I’ve stayed.

We enjoyed our stay. The only issue was parking and all of us know how Philly can be so that’s understandable. We did find public parking which helped some but cost us an additional $100 for 2 nights.

Our Philly vacation
The property was as advertised and very comfortable. My only complaint, which is not the owner's fault, is the parking which is very difficult. In the end we found places but... it was not so easy. The owner gave us a listing of which areas were "good" to park in, the problem is that the neighborhood is very densely populated or there are just too many cars for parking that it was hard to find a good place. Fortunately, there is an elevated train within a 5 minute walk of the apt. which took us to the center of the city where we wished to go, so all in all- a minor complaint. Otherwise, the owner was responsive to what little we requested and the place was very clean and comfortable.

Great place conveniently located to Fishtown food scene. We stayed here while visiting our son. Small and comfortable apartment unit, easy to access. There is no kitchen as per se, however there is plenty of food options within a 5 minute walk. Would stay here again, good bed and very clean.
