"In the park there are only 3 hotels to choose from. Jaguar inn is the most budget friendly. I was able to take my 2 children and spend very little. The restaurant serves excellent food, it’s clean, and friendly staff. The rooms are surrounded by nature where you will see wild turkeys, ant eaters, capibara and unique birds right outside your window. If you are used to higher end hotels, stay at the jungle lodge. There they have air conditioning, fancy restaurants, a pool and a more upscale environment, however, expect to spend a lot more money ! If you don’t mind a regular fan and no ac or pool you will save money and still have a good time. This is I unrelated to the hotel but I wanted to warn you to do your homework when purchasing the park passes. It can be a confusing and is best to understand what you are purchasing prior to arrival."

"Everything about this hotel is perfect! Have you seen the last clip of the movie The Notebook? One morning, I woke up to the beautiful view and sounds of this lake, which felt like a romantic movie. The pictures do not do it justice, it's like a dream. Elmer who is part of the staff is incredible and will treat you like royalty. Book this place now and give yourself the love you deserve. "

"This was a great value on the water! Clean, safe, AC, great views to the water, bed was nice. It’s a little dated, but clean and everything is close. But be prepared, like all hotels in Flores you have to search for parking. There must have been 20 restaurants within 200 yards walk. "
