"The room is kind of outdated.
Especially the bathtub, you can see some chip off.
The front desk keeps calling asking for some arrival document which was already presented in the first place.
Told her that I will return the call when available, but keeps calling, at 11pm.
The breakfast was good even when they say it was a simple breakfast, between 3-5am. it was well above average."
"Bell boy show very welcome to us to help us to load the luggage. The lobby is amazing. Room is comfortable. Walking distance to restaurant and shopping mall. Very good one.
But there are no kettle in the room. We go to front desk to ask, staff ask me go to a restaurant, but the staff in restaurant is not very welcome and said “ I can only give you this time, no next time” let us felt not good.
Just ask for add one hot water, right?
We didn't get any water and left. But this is not good experience for the customer. "
