「Lodges are lovely and very comfortable. The swimming pool and changing rooms need attention. We stayed in February 2025 and 1 of the 2 showers in the women’s changing room was out of order. We have just stayed there again and it’s still out of order. The working shower is clearly getting overused so the drain blocks quickly and you end up standing in a big puddle of water as it won’t drain. Not the cleanest shower, grout etc either 」

「Perfect property for 9 adults and 1 dog! Very clean and well stocked kitchen which was large, with an even larger lounge with log burner. More than enough space for us all to get cosy, play games and see the new year in.Location is beautiful but to note, 20-25 mins from the nearest shop. The pier cafe is great for a drink, coffee or food though, and the drive is worth it for the surrounding views of Loch Katrine. A tesco home delivery was easy to organise and recieve at the property.Hosts were...

Carried luggage’s upstairs

"The hotel doesn’t have an elevator. I stayed on the first floor. Actually, there is a corridor between the first floor and the carpark with a few steps only. However, the receptionist didn’t told me about that. She simply told me to carry the luggages through the normal entrance and go up one floor “ONLY” . No help had been offered and she clearly knew I got a car. Nowadays, it is not usual asking the lady customers to carry the luggages going upstairs "
