"With grandparents, parents and children, including one with severe autism, this was an ideal place for our holiday. The property was stunning, the setting beautiful and the pool inviting. Plenty of space for everyone and a lovely secure garden area. The layout of the bedrooms (doubles/singles) wasn’t quite as listed, but we were able to adapt easily enough. "Judy was incredible- the house is situated in a cosy hamlet inn a pristine area of normandy. Cannot reccomend enough!!"

"We stayed in this wonderful house and we loved every minute of it really sad to come back home wish we could’ve stayed forever it felt like home. The house and gardens were so beautiful we got greeted every morning by the donkeys the kids loved them. Lots of places to run and play. "Price was right. Off season. Very small room with two twin beds. Sufficient to sleep in. Not sufficient for sitting in. Nice lobby with shared space with Mercure hotel. Amy was super helpful. We walked right next door to great restaurant. Le Bustrodome was recommended. Excellent food and service. Underground free parking too. Great find. "

"the place is fantastic from the moment we arrived the staff was very helpfull with information greating very friendly willing to give as much information about the area and around Normandy the city of Caen is perfectly located to Nomandy 30 mnts drive Mnt st Michelle is a little father about 1hour but is easy to get there also many places and other cities close by Bauyex Henfleur Etretat place we recomend visiting from this hotel and the staff are fantastic cant wait to go back many other places to visit in Normandy. we recomend Best Western Plus. parking is on site also publick parking you can par on the street at night but you must move it before 08:30am easy to drive in Normandy we drove from the airport of Paris. Great job guys hope to see you soon "

Horrible stressful experience

"We knew that reception closed at 21.00 and we would not arrive before 23.00 so we followed the instructions to contact the hotel. Firstly the hotel never replied through the messaging service so I telephoned and despite language difficulties was given a code for the machine outside the hotel to issue a door key. On arrival the machine was not working the tel number was not answered. Horrible, we were tired and cold with no way to get into a room. Another tel number was displayed on the machine and eventually we were let in and given a key. Overall a horrible experience so stressful believing that we might have to look for a hotel so late when we were so tired. Never again"
