「The stay at the hotel was good. Issue was if you didn’t purchase their chair and umbrella then you were forced to sit at the end where the beach area is not kept nice. You’re spending the same money as everyone else to stay at resort. Should have the same right to sit where you want on the beach. 」

「Enjoyed most everything about this property. Amazing views from the room, clean property and free bikes. Unfortunately the heater in the pool and hot tub wasn't working properly, and the tv in the living area of my room wasn't functioning, and there was a lot of construction going on on the first floor of the building (from the hurricanes). But will most definitely be back in the future!」

「The hurricane/tornado damage obviously caused havoc in the whole area so a lot was closed and I expected that. The unit I stayed in was very nice and well maintained and felt very homey and comfortable. There was a lot of rehab going on. You can tell they take pride in the resort and are trying to get everything back to its former glory. 」

「We loved the location of this unit. Very close to some of our favorite spots (Kokonut Hut, Wicked Cantina, and Bridge street)! I did have a "moment" with the elevator where it was stuck between floors. Once it finally opened, we never rode it again. And the unit was not very cool, the cooler/dehumidifier put off more heat than it actually cooled the room. Since the weather was cool, it wasnt a big deal for us to just use the fans provided. 「We loved our stay in this lovely little beach rental. The location was absolutely perfect for what we wanted - mere steps to the beach and an easy 20-minute walk to Siesta Key village. The rental seemed brand new- everything was clean and in perfect condition. We had everything we needed to enjoy a 4-night stay from towels to beach chairs to an umbrella, comfortable beds, and even a nespresso machine! Communication with the host was effortless and they made us feel welcomed, answering questions...

「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「The balcony I chose couldn’t see the sunset, and the room was very small, the toilet didn’t even have an exhaust, the air conditioner was very noisy, and there were two doors in the room leading to the next door, although it was sealed, it felt unsafe, and the sound insulation was particularly poor」
