「I stayed for 4 nights while in town for a fishing tournament. Rose was quick to respond to my messages and even offered an early check in if I wanted it. I spent most of my days out on the lakes fishing, but it was great to have a comfortable and quiet place to recharge/sleep between hours on the water. There's easy pull through parking for a boat trailer and power outside for recharging batteries. I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again.」

「The room was exactly as pictured with better decor than the expensive Guy Harvey Resort where we stayed the previous night. Jud, the host, was friendly. We arrived on Easter Sunday when everything was closed for dinner. Jud invited us to have hamburgers that he was grilling for his staff which was very nice of him. We spend a day sitting lakeside, me reading, and my husband painting. That day by the lake was just what we needed. Thanks, Jud, for your hospitality.」

「Was in town for a family wedding, and this was a short drive to the venue. The house was clean and welcoming. The AC was on when we arrived (because it was fairly hot and humid outside) so that was very nice. I didn't really understand the locking mechanism on the front door (you kind of have to cover it with your palm to see the number to enter your code), but it didn't take too long to figure it out. I would recommend it to others, for sure.」

「Cute house. Other reviews are accurate about the smell/odor. I picked it up when I walked in, but didn’t think it was that bad till I left and everything had the odor on it. There was a little roach in bathroom and last night big ones in kitchen. I get creeps from any insect. And I see they’ve been mentioned other reviews so exterminator might be warranted

「This was a 1-night stop over for us, on the way to Florida. Unfortunately, we only had saltwater poles, or we would have loved to try our luck at fishing the lake. Fish were popping the water everywhere. We really enjoyed watching the gators cruising the lake as well! 1st for us.
This was just a simple, no frills campground, but would love to ho back one day. Lodge was clean, and enjoyed sitting on the quiet back deck.」
