超越標準的實惠酒店

酒店服務員態度非常好，相當熱情，主動提供協助。即使位於紅燈區，其實也沒甚麼影響，而且靠近地鐵站。房間也很大，價錢實惠，超出3星級酒店的質素。美中不足是房間的灰塵較多，引致鼻敏感。

Je déconseille fortement cet établissement. Ils m'ont prélevé 2 fois le montant de ma réservation. Au check out j'ai bien précisé au personnel que j'allais être débité une deuxième fois car j'avais une opération future suspecte sur mon compte bancaire de la part de l'hôtel. J'avais payé une première fois en amont sur un site de réservation. Ils m'ont dit qu'ils allaient réglé ça et que je pouvais partir tranquille. Et finalement j'ai bien été prélevé une seconde fois et depuis impossible de les contacter. Faites vraiment attention car maintenant en relisant ma réservation j'ai reçu un mail me disant que j'avais bien réservé à Paris et j'en ai reçu un autre avec une adresse à San Francisco. Et d'ailleurs avant d'arriver à l'hôtel j'ai réussi à les contacter par téléphone avec un numéro bien français et depuis cet incident le numéro de téléphone proposé sur le site nous amène au Massachussets aux Etats Unis. L'application quant à elle ne fonctionne qu'1 fois sur 2. De même impossible de les contacter via cet outil. Avant tout allait bien j'y accédais sans probleme et bien sûr depuis que je suis rentré impossible. Alors je ne sais pas si c'est une arnaque ou s'ils ont un gros souci informatique mais j'ai l'impression que rien ne marche avec cet hôtel. L'alarme incendie qui s'est déclenché samedi dernier. C'est dommage car le personnel n'est pas désagréable du tout, l'hôtel est propre. Mais voilà vous payez 2 fois votre séjour.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. If you plan on staying here and would like to get any sleep this isnt the hotel for you. The noise outside because of the jazz bar across the street and inside is horrible thanks to the paper thin wall. Plus the elevator is extra small. Transportation to the airport is ridiculous so make sure you book reservation. I will never stay here ever again not even for free. Stay at your own risk

We had an amazing stay at our hotel in Pigalle! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. The location couldn’t have been better—surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and just a short walk to many of Paris’s top sights. What we loved most was that while we were close to all the main attractions, the neighborhood still had a local, authentic feel. Pigalle has its own charm and energy, and staying here gave us a more genuine Parisian experience. Highly recommend!

I was extremely disappointed in how old & dated the hotel was. The curtains in my room were falling off, had holes in them & they did not fully close. The bathroom was dated & all the pictures on Expedia were NOTHING like the actual hotel. Hallway carpet was old & had stains. This indeed is misrepresentation. I have never checked out of any hotel after 1 night however I had to as I was woken up by construction at 8am which was an additional frustration. I have stayed in a couple of Sonder hotels in the past & had no issues however this one is definitely a false version of the glossy images on Expedia. I also asked for a refund or for at least payment via Expedia one key cash for the 2 nights I could not stay in that hotel due to the awful conditions & all I was only offered a $40 voucher. Such a waste of money & time. I do not recommend!

There was a small glitch with my access code and they were so quick and helpful, letting me in my room and bringing me my information quickly. The hotel was a great location to multiple subway lines. The staff was friendly, greeting me as I came in and out, would definitely stay there again!!

I’m very satisfied with the hotel, especially its close location to Place Pigalle and the metro. The lobby and dining areas were very nice and the staff were exceptional. However, when the room was warm at night, the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep with the windows open.

There were bars and restaurants across this Sonder building hotel, it can be pretty noisy at night (even past midnight) this wasn’t disclosed when I booked our stay (like when I booked “Sonder: the Henry” in London, which we stayed at prior to staying at Le Frochot, when I booked our room, Sonder: The Henry in London didn’t disclose that one side of their building is facing or is beside the train tracks, it’s so noisy whenever the trains passed by, we were given ear plugs and a white noise machine, but they didn’t help much) At Le Frochot there were no ear plugs nor a white noise machine provided at all.

Overpriced hotel and you hear the metro

I paid for a premium room and was put on the 1st floor which was right above the metro line. As a result, every 3/4 minutes you would hear the subway and the room would vibrate a bit. For over €200 per night this should not be happening - especially when they don’t tell you before booking.
