Bad luck!

The front desk people are friendly for sure.The location is good and convenient. Somehow, they give us 2 separate rooms which are located on 3rd floor and 6th floor each. And I am single mom and travelling with 2 young kids who are 8 and 10 year-old. At the end, we have to stay in 1 twin bed at the same room without choice. cos I can't risk any if leave 2 kids alone especially we have to catch the early flight in the morning. It's pity to have such experience before the last night leaving Paris.

Close to metro of Saint Michel and Cluny La Sorbonne, one to two minutes walk to station. Proximity to the tourist spots. Comfortable beds and quiet at night. The front desk staffs are very helpful. Special thanks to Richie!

My stay was very enjoyable from the clean, cozy room to the remarkable staff. As an American visiting Paris for the first time, I sincerely appreciated the extra lengths taken by the team to offer recommendations for activities, places to eat, even when they could tell my French was poor and I was clearly jet lagged. Luggage check was available for me while I explored the city and waited for my room to be ready. I highly recommend!

I thought I was making reservations at the very nice hotel across the street which has a similar name. This property is very dirty, with stained carpets and mold in the bathroom on the walls and shower curtain. The price I was charged was three times its usual rate which I had thought might be reasonable if it was the hotel across the street but imagine my disappointment that it wasn't. The breakfast offered is actually across the street at the other hotel and not on this property.

The hotel was comfortable for one night. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to be in the Latin Quarter and not planning to spend a lot of time in the room itself. The staff was really outstanding.

The Hotel Petit Belloy has an excellent location, with easy access to many monuments, parks, bistros, bars, cafes, and the metro. The staff were exceptionally friendly and provided numerous recommendations for things to do and places to visit, even offering great advice on how to tackle the Louvre. The room was nice and clean. It had hot water at all times and the AC worked very well, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel’s proximity to various attractions made it an ideal spot for exploring the city, and it was perfect for resting at night after a day out. The room was quite small, and the elevator was tiny as well. Additionally, there was no fridge or coffee maker in the room, which might be an inconvenience for some guests. However, the space was manageable if you’re mainly looking for a place to sleep. Overall, the hotel offers a great base for exploring the city with its fantastic location and friendly staff.

2nd time staying at the hotel and another great experience. We booked the 'family' room which is two rooms with a secured little entry way between them. Perfect to have our 2 teenage kids right next door while giving them a little space. The staff are all so kind and helpful. Location really can't be beat. Latin Quarter and Saint Germain to the right and left as you walk out of the door. There are even some really nice spots to eat or grab a glass of wine on the block. Will be back soon!
