Amazing!!!
Steve is wonderful. We stayed 2 nights in Paris and it was great. I will say the apartment was very far from “city center” but it didn’t matter. The neighborhood is locals, I did not see any tourists. Communicating with Steve was also very very easy. He made the check in/out process great. If you plan to see all of the touristy things though you need to rely on the train system. The train station is very close by and we pay 23 euro for two days of using the train. The apartment is very small, but perfect size for 2 people. The windows in the flat also made our stay amazing as we could get fresh air and see the beautiful city. Would stay here again!!

Cozy apartment in an excellent location
Overall really enjoyed our stay in this teeny apartment! Beautiful building on a lovely, tree lined street with a stunning view if you peek your head out the window. Super close to public transit and lots of great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable bed and pillows, surprisingly well equipped kitchen with a small fridge and a very nice bathroom. Quite clean with the exception of the sitting area rug which desperately needs to be shampooed or replaced. We were only provided half a roll of toilet paper and no hand soap, but luckily there is a huge department store just a few steps from the unit so that was easily remedied. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay in Paris, and my husband and I would certainly stay again on our next trip to Paris.

Review
The attic room was airless with the exception of two skylites. Once opened, a cat jumped in, off the roof. As a result, these could not be opened wide. There was NO fan. There were no small amenities such as a bottle of water, a couple of tea bags, or a drip coffee maker. Two towels but no hand towels. The small carpet was completely soiled and needed replacing or thorough cleaning.

Would not recommend
Checking in started off bad when the front door wouldn’t open. When we contacted the host he told us to just play around with it and that the door worked well. After about 20 minutes of trying the neighbor got annoyed and came out to help us. The apartment itself was ok. It didn’t feel completely clean to us. There was a lot of dust and it seemed like it had quickly been wiped down, but not truly clean. There were stains on the rug and on the couch. The shower had mold along the door as well. We were informed that check in and check out instructions would be provided to us the day before, but every time we had to reach out to the host. In addition, instructions for WiFi weren’t super clear and when we contacted the host for help he seemed annoyed and a gave us a little attitude. Not sure if it was just a language barrier however. Something important to note is that there were no washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash in the bathroom. There was a small thing of hand soap that was almost empty and seemed like it might have been shampoo. In the kitchen there was no hand soap, only dish soap so washing hands really dried them out. There also was no bath mat so the bathroom got slippery and one of the towels we got had a hole in it. To conclude, this place was expensive and the customer service and apartment we got was not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Il proprietario è stato preciso nel fornirci indicazioni per il check in. L' alloggio si presenta come da foto. È un monolocale al quinto piano senza ascensore, molto piccolo. Nella zona notte l' altezza del soffitto si abbassa parecchio. Mangiare seduti è praticamente impossibile, c'è un tavolino piccolo e basso, senza sedie. Bisogna mangiare seduti a terra, inginocchiati oppure in piedi. In alternativa seduti sul divano letto. Il bagno è adeguato. Mancava del materiale di pulizia ( detersivo per piatti). L' alloggio si presentava sufficientemente pulito. Non consiglio a famiglie con bambini, ma a coppie.

Great location near the metro, cozy space. Up on the fifth floor, so be prepared for stairs, but worth it for its convenience. Steven was responsive and made an effort to communicate in English even though it isn’t one of his languages.

The Appartement was good. The Location at The Place de la Nation is very central with The Most Lines just a three Minute Walk from the Appartement. It’s one of the biggest infrastructure in whole Paris so it’s really busy at all day and night time. It’s not very noise due of the locations height and back placement. Although I wore ear plugs for the night but I’m very sensible so that’s not mandatory for someone else. The place was good cleaned and absolutely fitting with my expectations. I think the price was alright although the host saved toilet paper. On the other hand everything needed was there except a hair dryer. The contact was good. All in all we liked the trip very much and the Appartement fittet in well.

Cute apartment, convenient location
This is a residential area in Paris with plenty of restaurants, stores and easy metro access. The apartment had everything we needed and a fun view of Les Colonnes du Trône through skylight/windows. The only challenge, which is apparent in the pictures of the apartment, is a sloping roof line. My friend and I are both tall, around 6 ft. It was quite easy to hit our heads. Also, access to the far side of the bed is challenging because of the low ceiling. You also have to navigate 5 floors of stairs to get to the apartment. Good exercise! However, these were fairly minor inconveniences and I loved the apartment and living like a Parisian. I would happily stay again.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location!
Our stay here was exactly what we were hoping for - It is in an ideal location to easily access metro/transit. The place was spotless when we arrived and Steven was wonderful at answering any questions I had. The bed was very comfortable too! It was cozy, clean and quiet and had everything we needed. Thanks Steven for a wonderful stay!

Bonjour, J'ai répondu NON, mais je dois dire que j'ai bien aimé la plupart des aspects de mon séjour. J'ai beaucoup aimé l'endroit (Place de la Nation) où est situé le logement. Le logement était propre et en bon état. Le propriétaire n'a pas pu être là à mon arrivée, mais ce n'est pas trop grave. Ses indications étaient bonnes. Ce que j'ai moins apprécié est que je n'ai pas pu communiquer avec lui du tout par la suite. Il n'avait pas laissé de numéro de téléphone, et pour ce qui est du courriel, il ne reçoit que les courriels sous la forme présente, i.e. dans un cadre. J'avais noté l'adresse courriel, mais je n'avais plus ce petit cadre. Ça fait 25 ans que je communique avec les courriels sur trois continents, et je n'avais jamais entendu parler de l'application qu'il me fallait pour communiquer avec lui. Je n'appelle pas ça du progrès; j'appelle ça de la régression technologique. Lorsque je lui ai fait part de mon insatisfaction, il m'a dit de me « mettre à la page ». Il semble que, maintenant, c'est le client qui doit s'ajuster au donneur de service. C'est une immense lacune. J'aurais voulu l'aviser que la télévision a fonctionné deux jours, et par la suite : No signal ! Aussi, dans l'annonce, on spécifie la dimension, mais on dit que l'appartement peut loger 4 personnes (temporairement, bien sûr). Mais même pour une nuit, le logement ne pourrait contenir les bagages de 4 personnes. Il n'est pas meublé pour ça.

Everything is accurate according to listing except for air conditioning. There is a portable air conditioner but doesn’t vent anywhere so you have as much hot air as cold air. Was told to vent out skylight window but tubing wouldn’t stay. It’s very clean and fantastic location but air conditioning was not happening

Great stray
Steven’s place was perfect for the two of us. It is well located (metro station near by with main lines) and in a less busy area. The studio was very clean and Steven was great with communication and was very accommodating. We highly recommend Steven’s place for a stay in Paris but note that we would not recommend renting this place of you have more than 2 people.
