「We love Panorama!!! It was off season so the resort was pretty much closed but was great for our anniversary because we had the hot tubs and saunas all to ourselves. Room was very clean and comfortable, the fireplace was great too!」

「The location of the condo is perfect, it is close to all of the activities on the hill, and there was a ton to keep our kids (9&11) busy. It was well equipped to cook a few meals on our own, but also walking distance to the restaurants. Host was quick to respond when we needed help at check-in. Perfect location for our family of 4, thoroughly enjoyed our stay!」

「We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded.
We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it.
But...

「Bed is uncomfortable and love seat needs replacing as is uncomfortable as well. Very clean and maintained just in general needs a few updates. Enjoyed our stay and was perfect for the two of us. 」

「Beautiful clean suite. Admired the modern decor. Enjoyed the mountain views. Parking was steps away from the ground level patio. The BBQ was easy to operate. All necessary items were provided during our stay. Enjoyed walks along the river and variety of hot tubs.

「The property is practically on the ski hill, and you can ski right up to the door.
As the booking doesn’t provide any phone numbers, contacting the owner proved difficult to complete the check in and get the door code.
The studio is nice for a party of 2 and having a kitchen may be good for longer visits. For one night, the fees associated with it are too high. The underground garage is a bonus.」

「The room was great. Very clean and cozy. There was a small hiccup with check in but I think that was an issue with the resort not the hosts and it was resolved quickly. We had to check in late and the hosts were fine with that, which we really appreciated it.」

「This is a great spot for a small family. The beds and linens are comfy. The place was immaculately clean and all thoroughly enjoyed the resort amenities.
One suggestion would be to add another fan as the one in the middle of summer was not enough. The unit only has a downward-facing window so it got quite hot inside. That or install a screen door so it can be left open without the bugs or gophers get in.
Other than that, great spot in the lower village! 」

「This property gave us cozy and homey feeling. It is very clean, nice and quiet in the evenings. Great location, easy parking. Convenience store just across the street. We will come back in the near future. Highly recommended. 」
