「Hotels.com is pathetic..this organization is FRAUD..had confirmed booking and when we reached hotel premise, they refused and said we do not have any association with them. We called hotels.com and didn't get any resolution and then moved to other hotel.」

「I loved The Fort, it had enough amenities to match its style, what a beautiful property, if you love history you will love the Fort, the staff are lovely, so friendly, so helpful, the surrounding shops are full of lovely people too. The 4 poster bed I had was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in, they don't make them like that anymore. The food was so tasty too, Im going to go back thats for sure! Excellent value for money too, i thought they were joking when I got my bill :D 」
