讚好:整潔度、職員與服務和設施服務
Property has been fairly recently renovated, and they did a good job within the constraints of the older building. With that said, I will say the shared areas, restaurant, etc. were nicer and better kept up than the guest rooms. The cleaning staff were great, as was the staff at the restaurant, but the front desk staff were a little less great (not rude or anything, just didn't try all that hard to accommodate - for example there is basically no way to get to the 'front desk' without waiting for someone to exit and slipping in the door since you don't have a key to access the lobby area until you have already checked in, some more welcoming way to let you check in would have improved the experience. Lots of little things like that).
Also, just a side note for American, Canadian, etc. travelers that the property is not very English-friendly. Not a negative impact on my review since I don't expect the employees to have to speak English in a Spanish-speaking country, but if you are not comfortable speaking Spanish I would look for a different hotel.
