I understand you get what you pay for but at the very least remove the obvious hairs from previous guest. With the cheap rate I definitely wouldn’t be looking for imperfections. However to have long black hairs on the bed, bathroom sink, toilet, and shower means that no care went into cleaning the room.

What a disaster. We showed up for an overnight en route from SF to Univ of Arizona to visit out daughter and thought oh quick night will be ok. No no no. The staff member behind the counter of the dank, dirty office was rude. There was what appeared to be a homeless person sitting there in the offices well(?) It was late, so we went up to the room. The unfortunate front office was an excellent forbearer of what was to come. The room was dismal. The bed lumpy and sheets scratchy. I could not venture into the bathroom for fear of what I might find. This place looks like the ones you see in movies - where the police swarm in. We called the Hilton Palm Springs and got a room there. It was very much worth every penny.

Very conveniently located. Although I wasn't able to enjoy the pool area, it looked clean and inviting. The room was clean and I was pleased there was a small refrigerator. Easy check in and check out. Vending machine had reasonably priced snacks and beverages.

Almost everything was perfect. The staff, the location, The only problem we had, we had bedbugs. We didn’t realize it until the second morning. Both my girlfriend and I were itching.

The pool appeared nice, we did not use it. The area was tidy, the room was clean, except a bit dusty under the bed. We had no hot water either in the shower or sink. The price was great since everything was over double, and most other properties triple the cost on this weekend. The staff could be friendlier, and were not happy when we asked if we could leave one car for a couple of hours after check out, even though the parking lot was empty and we checked out of our room early. No coffee in the rooms and no fridge. They did have 2 ice machines near the office.

Not one but several roaches. They were in the bathroom floor, wall, in the room and one got in my pastry. Also the shower faucet leaked all night so i didn't sleep and when I got up in the morning the bathroom was soaked in water due to the leak. Terrible !!
