We found this place on google while traveling. Lovely boutique hotel with every amenity. Karl was super friendly, the location is perfect, close to everything but small and quiet. We especially enjoyed the pool and fireplace seating areas. Nice breakfast available in the morning, great sitting /gathering room with coffee/tea, fruit and candy available all day. We stayed in the standard queen room and it is small but very nice, well appointed and very comfortable. Will definitely make a point to come back.

This was our first time staying at this property. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We were given a tour of property along with 2 complimentary glasses of champagne. We enjoyed outdoor fireplace at night and appreciated our complimentary breakfast boxes in the morning. The property is quaint and only recommendation is to replace carpet in room as it was worn. Overall a nice stay!

This hotel was originally built in 1935 but has been completely renovated without stripping away any of the original charm and character. The staff are extremely attentive and will help you with any of your needs. The breakfast in the morning is your standard continental and fills the void. The pool and hot tub is very unique as it is open 24hrs, however after 10pm is quiet time. Everything is within walking distance. There supposedly are bikes you can use, however I never saw them. I highly recommend this establishment.

A great boutique hotel located in the heart of everything happening in Palm Springs on Palm Canyon Drive Very convenient location for museums and the Thursday night Street fair Hotel staff were very, very friendly and the offered breakfast box in the morning was actually quite nice Plus the pool area always had seats available as well as a perfect temperature for swimming laps

The Andreas Hotel and Spa was everything I was hoping for. The staff was so kind and helpful. The room was amazingly charming with a great view for people watching on Palm Canyon Drive. The inner courtyard / pool area is peaceful and beautiful. I am so trying to figure out when we can return for another stay.

Service was great except for the pool attendant. On a sunny, calm day, she wouldn't let me use the umbrella becausue she said it could collapse. On a windy day, I see that logic. But it was a mild, calm day so that wasn't a real reason. She seemed like a control freak. So I had to go inside because I did not want to get sunburned.

I wanted to be able to give Andreas 5 stars. It's a well maintained property. The breakfast box is much more than you get at other places. Coffee and candy bars are a great addition, as are stations for water w/lemon. Pool is well heated and the staff are constantly cleaning. The location is central to and despite being just off the street its not noisy. The staff is very friendly bordering on strict. That was our big issue, I get that there are "rules" but they take it to an extreme. The pool was full one day and 2 guests checking in sat down on the "reserved" chaise for rent. It was 3pm so no one was planning to rent it but they were told they could not sit there even to sit their champagne. So they moved to another spot on the wall and were told that blocked a staircase. Not the friendliest welcome. NO WATER BOTTLES AT THE POOL! (ok, we get it but to come take them away from us and make us use plastic instead of our reusable bottles is a waste for the environment). One day a gentlemen tried to move his chair to get some sun. Nope.cant move anything. The staff was friendly but we felt like we were scolded constantly. It is still one of the best properties and we want to come back next year but here's the kicker- I asked to book when we left and were told its not open for booking's yet. Then I asked (since I had used EXPEDIA) if I would get an email or bounceback offer and was told "we dont do that". I guess they are so busy they don't need /want return guests.
