“Inside Staff were exceptional, pool staff were hit or miss, the pool Bar staff were not very friendly. I would definitely stay here again. Room was fantastic. ”

“If you drive, do NOT stay this. No car park there although it said they have. Only a public car park on the street and I need to wait for halt hour for the parking as the public car park is very busy and lots of local people will lock your car and asked for money.”

“Really enjoyed our stay in the Villa, the villa is equipped with high end furniture. The staff are very attentive. Hassan was making sure every morning the pool was cleaned and ready to jump into. Bouchra and Khadija made sure our rooms were fresh and ready by the time we returned in the afternoon. Jawad was always available on the phone for us if we needed any assistance. This villa oozes class and luxury, it was definitely value for money. Initially I was hesitant as pictures can be……

“Pro: good air con, clean bedroomsCons: dirty pool, kitchen lacks everything (kettle, decent pans, toaster etc), not so much as salt to use, opened the washing machine to find a mouldy towel, dirty soap drawer and mould in the seals. No soap, no hairdryer, no bbq, parking at the front of the estate (not next to the villa), no info given about the facilities that may or may not (we’ll never know) be available in the nearby hotel. Outside area is dirty (table stuck in bushes is covered in bird……

“very little service, impose us to add breakfast even i didnt book for breakfast. late for giving us room after 3.30pm. no hot water cooker in the room. no slippers in the room. have to pay to use gym. swimming pool waiter takes a long time before coming to our table. ”
