「Our family of 5 adults spent several days at the Ritz-Carlton Residence in this 3 bed 2.5 bath luxurious unit. At check in, we were greeted by the concierge and service staff to assist with bags. 「A quick family trip at a nice condo. Communication was good with the owner. My only complaint as the floors were filthy (nearly black grout) throughout the condo and the curtains were visibly dirty. The proximity to the beach definitely helped with the disappointment with the cleanliness. 」

「This is our second trip to this property and can’t wait to get dates for the next visit here! It’s exactly as described and the location is perfect!! You’ll love it!! The property, the service is all top of the line! 5 Stars all the way!! 」

「The condo was not intended for seniors with the low commode and HIGH tub enclosure…this should have been mentioned in your ad. We overlooked an old cracked parking lot…hardly romantic! And the carpet was filthy. NEVER AGAIN!!!」

「We had a great time at Paradise on the Park! It was within 5-10 of several different beach parks, and Carlin Beach Park was a super quick 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk. It was also within 5-10 minutes of lots of great restaurants, and Publix was a quick 2 minutes drive as well. The condo has a great set up and was very well appointed. Jason was quick to respond to the couple hiccups. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.」
