First of all, our flight from the U.S. was a day delayed, so we arrived on day 2 of our intended stay. The hotel had been wonderful communicating on What’s App that they would hold our room to be ready when we arrived. The reception gentleman could not have been more kind and helpful when we got there! He carried my bag up stairs and gave us a huge amount of local inform and recommendations. The hotel is in a lovely old building and has some quirks, but the room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The location was amazing, right around the corner from Quattro Canti, with restaurants, sights, and bars galore. The breakfast in their rooftop was a great way to start the morning. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again!

You don’t have to look for anyplace else. I use to practice cultural and historical tourism and this is hands down the perfect place for it. Located on the very heart of the historic site of beautiful Palermo La Terrazza Sul Centro is the ideal hotel. Surrounded by really incredible landmarks it’s just a few steps from stunning landmarks. Lovely view from the terrace. Large, clean and sunny bedrooms. The staff was efficient and truly concerned about their guests. The gentleman at the reception is an expert who knows the city by heart and was helpful giving good hints about the area, and in general; and the lady taking care of the breakfast was really kind and joyful. The staff was wonderful. I had food poisoning the day before check out and they let me extend my stay due to the fact that I was very slow moving. The man at the front desk was very friendly and passionate about getting the most out of Palermo. Made lots of good recommendations.

The million dollar view from the terrace is good enough to compensate for any issues. Vita, the manager, provided excellent and unending recommendations with a patience blordering on the the miraculous. You'll be pressed to find better value during your travels. While the breakfast may be simple, it is sufficient and catered with a smile by the delightful signora who packed us a "pocket" breakfast on the last day.

Property (building) is older, as can be expected in downtown area of Palermo. Rooms were overall clean but could use a little updating. Breakfast on the terrace was beautiful. Staff was friendly and very helpful!

Very clean and safe and walkable area. Staff Emiliano and Vino are always there to help and guide you when needed. Vino is very informative and knowledgeable about his area and eager to share with you. They are always approachable and meet any need you might have. The breakfast and view was great but the season I chose to visit had 2 days of rain so I would have like to enjoy the terrace some more without the rain. Breakfast was excellent. I realized that breakfast with bacon and eggs is just an American things and the rest of the world doesn’t do that haha. I did enjoy the Sicilian style of breakfast. Would definitely go again to this place
