"Compared with last time visiting in May, more staff check-in desk and staff to help. Breakfast buffet also arranged more table and staff to clean but still less choices of food. Good that this is one of the hotel listening customers comments. Hope more improvements will come."
"Arrived earlier than standard check in time, room not available yet. Returned later and took quite some time to get my room card. Fitness center was a bit smaller than what I expected but in perfect condition. TV had a minor issue twice during my stay. Staff helped promptly. "
"First off, they cannot find the booking we made and already paid via hotels.com. While I will not be quick to blame them for the missing booking (could possibly be hotels.com’s fault as well), I resent the way they manage it. They said the booking was canceled and asked us to rebook and line up again afterwards. Please note we have printed confirmation of the booking while they are unable to show any evidence of cancellation! Never mind extending assistance during our predicament.

Room is very squishy, not only the floor space but also hardly any table space.
Service:
Staff attitude at the front desk is poor. Being busy is no excuse for being unprofessional.
Location:
It is 800m away from the landing of Runway Manila, which is the walkway to cross from terminal 3 of airport. It is a very difficult walk especially if you have luggage or arriving at night. You’ll need to go up and down curbs, navigate through steps, cross roads, etc. Belmont hotel is right next to the landing, and there are other hotels closer if location is what you care."
"Surrounding of the hotel is good because it is located in BGC. Hotel is clean but not the lobby's not big enough. Overall it is an overpriced hotel. You can live in other hotel with the same hotel standard without having to pay that much. We wouldn't get a grab back to Manila that night and avail of their hotel car for 5000 pesos"
