All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again"

"I was quite disappointed with my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel. The location was not ideal for exploring on foot, and to make matters worse, my room (209 on the 2nd floor) was incredibly noisy. Not only did the noise from traffic seep in through the windows, but it also infiltrated through the air ventilation system. Throughout the night, I had to endure various sources of disturbance, including the passing trains, loud trucks, live music from the bar, and an unusual machinery noise that even caused some shaking in the room's structure (possibly from machinery nearby?). It was an overall unpleasant experience, despite the visually appealing furniture and the friendly staff. "
