「It was an ok place. We didn't spend much time there. The coffee maker was already full with water so I emptied it. Had bugs. Needless to say It was not used. Asked for clean towels, he took ours washed them and brought them back. It was a little odd since most places just give u new ones. Overall it wasn't that bd」

「Expensive for what the place offers. WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. Positive feedback, it’s complete with kitchen utensils, pots & pans, clean unit. 」

「Waiting 15 minutes for an elevator was unacceptable. There was no luggage carts available. That was such an inconvenience. Other than that our stay was wonderful! The resort the staff was great! I would recommend to anyone. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were awesome and so helpful.」

「My only hang up was getting an accessible room, that I made sure I didn’t select. Just letting the guest know before reaching their room if there was a change would have been courteous. But a good room nonetheless. 」

「我喜欢这种规模不太大的度假酒店, 我们订的池景双床房(侧面对着大海). 早餐也还是不错的, 虽然不是四五星酒店全套自助餐; 酒店还有提供去往沙滩时用的毛巾, 很贴心; 由于天气不好, 我们没有使用可爱的泳池, 遗憾了呢. 唯一不足是电视节目, 只能使用INTERNET TV, HBO GO 去看一些东西, 好像没有找到直播的电视台节目. 另外就是美国的酒店都没有拖鞋, 需自备; 牙具也要自己带.」

「This property was wonderfully located. The main Pensacola Beach area was across the road with a safe cross walk. You can walk to restaurants/bars within a couple blocks. It was relaxed and the staff was friendly. If you want a base to work from it was perfect. If you want to lounge in the hotel it was adequate.」
