Great place for our family vacation. Large indoor pool and our older two (6 & 4) loved the waterpark. Our lodging had plenty of space and was super quiet. Downstairs neighbors had a holiday party late into the night and we barely heard them. Staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The rooms need some upgrades. A burner on the stove did not work and the dishwasher had some issues. The biggest issues is a lack of pedestrian walking paths around the complex.

No hot water. Can’t believe I paid so much for a presidential suite in winter and the hot water heater worked sparingly for 4 days. My family was miserable. I called front desk, they sent maintenance but they could never figure it out. We had a very terrible stay due to the hot water situation. I won’t return

Clean area along with rooms. Was more than I expected. The only bad thing was that I couldn't find an ice machine. I'm sure there was one somewhere on the property but didn't spend much time looking for one.

Our toilet wobbled, the room smelled awful, and we could hear every door shutting and the people walking around upstairs.

Disappointed the indoor pool was closed
We went because we wanted to go to the indoor pools. When we arrived they told us there were closed. It was why we went and it was long drive to go back home. Too late to cancel. Maybe should have offer me a discount or something and the restaurant on site were closed. Had travel far to eat at restaurant.

I specifically called to find out if indoor pool would be open. I was told the indoor pool and water park were open. Our whole trip was to give kids pool time. When we arrived both pools were closed. The water park was seasonal, so I understand. However, the other indoor pool was closed to paint it and they didn't mention that when I specifically asked. The floors in the bathrooms were dirty and the Jacuzzi tub was dirty. Loved the two room suite design and I loved the balcony.

This was my second stay at the resort. It's beautiful here. I can't wait to come back. There's always going to be something that disappoints but we work around it. The indoor pool was down for maintenance. Oh well. We'll get in next time.

First impression it's older property, dark rooms, stains on the ceiling in the bedroom. The bathroom's faucet sprayed water on the side while I was washing my hands and my pants and shoe were water stains. In the same bathroom the toilet water tank was noisy and it took a long time to fill with water again. We didn't use the hot tub, because they need new parts, the jets looked old and discolored, like yellow. Two mirrors were discolored on the inside above the hot tub. We checked all beds and they were clean, carpet was clean and everything else was clean.

Overall this was a really fun little get away for our family! There is so much to do we wished we were able to stay a little longer we didnt even get to do half. Unfortunately we had some trouble at check in, we arrived at 5 and were told it would be an hour, and that is for the most part okay but when we checked in an hour we were told that it would be another hour i expressed distress and told them that really wouldnt work for us. We had food in coolers and our daughter was due for her medicine that was packed away. However the staff was great very apologetic she was able to get me into a different room and gave us $25 credit for stuff there at the resort. The unit we got into was beautiful but some of the furniture was a little worn i would say overall condition of the units are good (we had reserved a presidental) it had newer hardwood floors and the building had an elevator but the bathroom didnt have the jucuzzi tub that was advertised (it had a double shower and a soaking tub) so i called and asked if it was possible to get our original room and they did oblige we got into the unit we had reserved finally around 7 pm it was still a nice unit but had a few things very worn, with old carpet and no elevator so we had to carry everytjing down and up 2 slifhts if stairs, one of the chairs was busted and the bathroom cabinet was missing a knob, and the jucuzzi tub i wanted so bad was not very clean. Everything else was in order though and we all had a great time.
