Otago Hotel with Pool

"Overnight stay as we landed 9:30pm. Arrived to hotel and were expecting some food options either in Hotel or nearby. All nearby options were closed. Hotel room service app was saying everything was unavailable. There wasn’t even a mini bar. Eventually managed to order some room service via concierge who were very nice and helpful. Was expecting a bit more but overall it was OK. "

"Rooms where clean and son had a room to himself which he enjoyed, pool and hot tub were great to use after days activities, bar could have been open more but realise it's late in season."

"Wish the property was completely smoke free. Didn’t like leaving your room and have people smoking on their balcony. This would put me off coming again"

"Taking everything to the second floor was a bit much, but it was so quiet. Windows open enabled cooling quickly."

"Hotel was ok. Music in elevators was to loud. Short walk to city centre.if your parking you need to use the qr code st reception to book in. Breakfast was ok not the best we have had. "
