"Great for ski-in-out. Decent size room, robes,etc. Room lacked adequate lighting and had NO mirrors except the dark bathroom. Breakfast was good but items in the buffet were not replenished. The head waiter was too prominent in constantly berating his staff. One night we told there were no tables when obviously there were plenty. Shower had good water pressure and ample room."

"The Hotel Milan Speranza Au Lac is a 4 star hotel located by the lake boulevard. The hotel is a reliable choice in the slightly lower end of 4 star hotels. We had a nice two night stay at the hotel. The room and the bathroom were as expected but we were slightly disappointed as there was no balcony and the view was to the building on the opposite side of the street.
