“I stayed here for one night. The place was clean and cozy. The host was nice and very understandable. I can’t complain about anything. I’m here visiting Georgia for a wedding and I’m so glad I stayed here. I will definitely be back. ”

“We had a great time site seeing, shopping and walking the beach. I really liked sitting on the balcony and seeing the ships come through. There was no eating utensils that we could find, so yake your own. The bed needs to be fixed or replaced due to being so noisy from squeaking almost every time you move. The balcony door needs attention...its hard to open and close. Elevator inspection expired last year.”

“Unit was super clean. There were a few things that could use an upgrade. We did not realize the bedrooms were in a different level. We had access to our beach from balcony by way of small spiral staircase. Host contact was excellent. We would rent this unit again if we visit Tybee Island. ”

“I have given this property 5 Stars in the past. We love the Diamond Suite and request it, but please adjust the toilet seat so that it sits on the bowl properly. It needed adjustment in September 2024 and still does. Unfortunately, the outside noise level has gone up. It seems like 1 a.m. is the curfew. It was LOUD, and on Friday night, two car alarms went off, which made me wonder if cars were being vandalized. There was an issue with the elevator both times we stayed. We love everything else……

“Super cute place to get away! Being just a short walk from the beach meant being able to watch the sunrise across the water. The main cottage is quite small, so don't pack a lot of stuff! However, the quaintness makes up it! The separate bedroom was a perfect oasis away from the kids, while being close enough to not be removed. We had a mishap with a lock, but management was super responsive and had the situation resolved in no time. The kitchen came super stocked with everything needed to……

“The accommodations fit our family of 11 (varying ages) very well… especially since the teenager could have her own room However, the ice maker isn’t working and the kitchen sink sprayer is stuck on…. Hopefully these things will be fixed before our next visit. ”

“The location of this property was excellent for walking to restaurants, shopping, and nightlife locations :) Came for my sisters bachelorette weekend and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their time especially because of this property and all the amenities they have! ”
