Our stay was 9 days. Property was clean. Room was uncomfortably cold—about 62 degrees F most of our stay. I questioned several staff who said they would send someone to look at it but when I mentioned the issue to front desk staff, the said “yeah, the heat has been out in the entire complex for over a week. That’s why we have heaters on our desk!”
Staff were a mix of hospitable and cranky.
Main issue was upon leaving we were told we could settle our closing bill and if no one was at the front desk at 0500, just call and someone would come. I called 3 times no one came. I left the room key and asked for a copy of the final bill. Never got it. The bill that showed up on my credit card was $927 US when I was expecting something more like $60 for incidental charges. Tried to reach the hotel. No response in over a week. Contacted Expedia and after 5 day still no resolution.
