The front desk staff didn't look up at me, I had to say "hello" while standing at the desk. The employee who did talk to me actually couldn't serve me because they were "just clocking in", I then went to the other guest services agent next to him, but she didn't look up at me until I again said hello. She then overcharged me by over $250!!! Said she was going to charge me $100 but what came up on the interact machine was over $350. I noticed and said something and then fixed it. The room was great, quiet area. My only complaint is the pillows were incredibly uncomfortable they felt like they had little substance to them; worse than what I had during my poor university days: Very thin, not flat, but not fluffy pillow. I wish the blankets were more like a comforter, they are thin. The bed was otherwise comfortable and clean. Aside from that the dining room/kitchen staff were great, it was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots of variety. The next day there was a new man at guest services, a large man with glasses and dark hair who was very kind and seemed genuinely happy to be there serving guests. All in all we had a great stay and will go back!
