“Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff. The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. “The main building was beautiful with high arched ceilings. It was beautifully decorated and fresh flowers daily. The water features were lovely, with some large fish in some. The restaurant we used was the large one down stairs. We used the smaller room off the main as it was air-conditioned and less busy. Following communication before we went on this matter it was then confirmed our original booking would stand. “the hotel room was small damp with mold . when we booked it said swim up bar which had closed down due to not renewing there alcohol liecence. the restarant close at 2.30 pm no Wi-Fi at advtised. and beds around pool were broken and rusty . never had the room cleaned once”
