My experience at the Hampton Inn Chicago Orland was disappointing. I checked in on Wednesday, March 26, and was informed that rooms would be cleaned every other day, as posted. Unfortunately, I had to repeatedly ask the front desk for cleaning services, which was frustrating, especially with three small children (ages 11, 6, and 4) in the room.
The highlight of my stay was Kalijah, who finally helped us on Saturday, March 29. She was exceptional—kind and accommodating, truly the best part of our visit. However, we also faced issues at the pool. Alex's attitude was alarming; he threatened to call the police because of water spilling out the door, which made us feel unwelcome.
Given the amount I spent on the stay, I expected much better service. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience.
