I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.

Great property for a nice weekend or overnight stay. Quick drive to the casino and much more affordable than hotels around the casino. The choice of restaurants around the hotel are great. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful room. Luxurious linens. Love the shower. We walked to the lake and then picked up dinner nearby. Breakfast had hot oatmeal & bagels, continental. Huge TV. We'll be back. Thank you so much!

Everything was clean and in working order but there were long black hairs on the bedsheet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were disappointed to discover that Fionn McCool’s is closed in the winter as this is not stated on the website.

I am handicapped and they have two spots for handicapped ppl. You park and then walk a bit get to the door and then you walk up 7 or 8 steps. I almost didn’t make it. The when you get to the lobby floor another long walk. They need training for dealing with and providing proper facilities. Breakfast was dry and coffee was undrinkable . On the good side, it was clean and staff were friendly. I would not recommend to anyone and I won’t be staying there again.

Nice room, all was good except they don't have enough parking at premise and we were told that if no spots left when we came back later that night we were to drive two blocks down to their alternate lot which is not fun when it's cold out and you have to walk back those 2 blocks very late at night. Parking situation was not shared prior to booking room.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Good service, clean and decent breakfast provided. Good hotel to stay at either in winter or summer. Only issue is very limited parking.
