「The overall experience was good. Only a couple of things that could have been better. 1. The house layout was weird. 2. The were components of the house that were dated. Like I said, overall communication with host was great and proximity to Disney was excellent. Universal Studios was a trek in bad traffic to get to. Not a terrible drive to Huntington Beach either. 」

「The staff were very helpful. The facility is a little old, but it was a comfortable stay.」

「The location was an easy walk to Downtown Disney. My mother who isn't as spry had no issues with it is a flat 15-20min walk depending on how fast a person walks. We took afternoon park breaks in the pool and would go back to the park for more fun once rested. John was easy to get a hold of if needed and lots of information was given for the area. We would stay there again 」
