「Costa Botanica is a great hotel - it has good communal areas, bars and the choice of restaurants is really good. There are numerous pools and a private beach, so it feels like there is so much space, it’s never too crowded. The staff are also amazing, they never stop and really prioritise service. Where the hotel is let down is the rooms, they feel dated, damp and dark and really need an update. Hopefully the rooms get a makeover soon to really make this a 5 star resort! 」

「Nice property but I wouldn't say it was a 5 star, more like a 4. On the whole it was a nice location and the hotel is quiet. The pool area could definitely do with so work. Missing tiles in the hot tub area and only 1 jet worked out of the 5. It was not clean, with green stains on the bottom. There were broken railings and tiles in the eating area by the bar. The room we had was nice, with a large bath and we'll equipped. However the panel in the toilet was loose and the sensor in the shower...

「Very well maintained hotel. The owners are always around and you can tell they take pride in having a clean hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Walking distance to everything you need. Loud area, but the noise wasnt too bad when you closed all the doors and blinds. 2 negatives...1-around 12am there was a horrible screetching noise that woke us up 2/3 nights. Sounded like water pipes were adjusting or something. It lasted about 10 minutes then stopped. 2- expedia page states they have laundry...
