“Our second stay at this fabulous property. A lovely upscale place just off the 101, perfect when traveling but would love to spend a little time there. Close to Santa Barbara and Ventura with a lovely little town down the street with shops, coffee and a great restaurant. A must stay! ”

“This is a great little gem! Greg is very hospitable and welcoming. They've done a lot with the little house and it's full of rock n roll and beach treasures. It has everything you'll need for comfort and relaxation.”

“This property needs improvements. Had to park on the road next to steep hill. Stepping into the apt area was rough as it was unfinished. It said sleeps six, but one bed and pull out couch with one extra blanket. Towels were old, furniture and carpets need cleaning or replaced. Not a lot of attention to detail. For the price, not a good value.”
