「This home was great. The kitchen and bedroom options were perfect. Outdoor area was really serene and it was extremely close to our event venue! Sayville is nearby for all the cute restaurants and coffee shops. Would recommend for a group. Enough space for everyone to hang out together and separate when space is needed!」

「The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!」

「The location of this property is excellent. Right on a cove so you could put in and out kayaks, etc. if you wanted to bring them. Location is convenient to grocery stores and drugstores and a variety of restaurants. The best part besides the location is that I could have my best, furry friend with me」

「Cozy little house on the water! We loved sitting out in the deck enjoying the scenery and the breeze. There were plenty of chairs for the whole family to come and visit and relax outdoors. Beds are very comfortable. We got to meet the host in person and Mike is great! Thanks for a wonderful stay.」

「We found the house to be really cute and fun to stay in. The location was excellent and we even saw a deer on our last morning! Our main issues, and why this isn’t a 5 star rating, were that multiple lighting fixtures weren’t working and there was an entire bed missing. The ad mentions “1 queen, 1 double, 4 twin’ beds however there’s really 1 queen and 4 twins. This could have caused a big problem if our group was just a bit larger. 「4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. 「The property was misrepresented and unsafe. My parents didnt stay with us due to conditions of the property. 「We very much enjoyed our stay at this Bay Shore, NY accommodation. It's nicer than the photo, which really doesn't do it justice. It's spacious, very clean, thoughtfully and carefully planned and provisioned. Augusto is an excellent host. Communications with him were always clear, timely and pleasant.
