The location is decent, walking distance to Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Big Ben, etc…but the hotel itself is not a good one: Nobody responds to emails, no way to get code to room to get into the room, old and rickety, the main door was open so anyone could come in, safety was an issue for this….i ended up getting another hotel room as I was not able to get into our room

Property was not ready even though we arrived 2 hrs after the posted check in time. Housekeeping didn’t vacuum the carpet, front door was busted open 2 days into our stay and not repaired even though I reported it. WiFi didn’t work for several days that we were there. But the worst was NO HOT WATER in the showers. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my anyone.

The worst experience in my life! The two main doors remained unlocked all day and night due to a break in happened previous days. We couldn't have access to the rooms because they weren't ready until 4:00 pm. Hallways, stairs etc were dirty with same trash on the floor. No hot water etc. We feel frustrated, scared , we did not have the access code for the second room it was given by the cleaning lady, l called an texted many times, no answers while sitting on the floor waiting for our rooms to be cleaned, other guest were waiting for the same thing with us. The smell in the room was terrible the cleaning offered me a spray for my room even when l didn't ask for one. I truly believe l should have my money refund no from you Expidia but for the Oyo Oban Victoria Hotel, something needs to be done. I fell abused.

DO NOT STAY HERE. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with my stay. This place is a SCAM. I requested a late check out at 12pm which was approved by the manager. When we returned to our room at 11:50am, our door was wide open and there were construction workers working in our room with a sheet covering our belongings. The construction workers were told that they were authorized to come in, WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Our room was on the first floor and anybody off the street could’ve gone in and stole all of her stuff. I called the manager and he stated that the check was at 10am and he did not authorize that. Previously, in the beginning of the conversation, I had him verify that he very well did give me a late check out and he agreed that he did and then took back what he said. I explained that I wanted a refund and he hung up the phone and refused to answer any of my follow up phone calls. I tried to call customer service and I cannot get through. On a side note, the hot water was broken and apparently the construction works stated it has been broken for a while.

cheap & good location. Paid for a room with a 'private bathroom', which didn't exist, it's a shared/common bathroom and toilet. Hot water in the shower did not work at all.

We were so excited to stay at the hotel, to get away for our anniversary, immediately got off to a bad start, the code I had been given in an email and message didn’t work on the front door of the hotel, I called up and a rude woman answered me and half way during the conversation she ended the call, I then called up a second time and a man answered telling me he was going to come to the door, he also gave me a complete different code which again didn’t work, and nobody ever came to the door to later realise there’s no reception, I called up another time and another woman answered and told me she can’t do anything about it, fourth time lucky a different man answered the phone and told me he’ll call me back with all of the details, I did have to wait 45 minutes before he called me back again, however he did help. I waited an hour in a city I wasn’t used to, before entering the hotel, check in said 2pm for the room, we got in at 2:15pm and had to wait 45 minutes on the stairs of the hotel, which may I add was very dirty. There was missing glass panels from the windows. The shower was too unbearably cold and when we spoke to someone staying in the room next to us he said he’s not had hot water the entire time, of the SHARED bathroom. This bathroom could barely fit one person into, you can step into the shower from the toilet, which made me feel so claustrophobic, not like I could use the shower anyways. The room was so hot there was no air con, no anything. To top it off, the fr

I booked a room with private bathroom and they gave me a shared one. We found out in the morning the top sheet is dirty and stained. This is the second time I booked here. The first it was ok. But the room has no mugs for drinking, space was limited, you can hear the noise outside in the morning. No hot water in the shower. For the price it’s ok. If only for small details like forgot the drinking mugs & gave me the wrong room. Only if someone will answer the phone that they’ve given for services. Self check in is good but customer service is still important

Waited outside the property for 4 hours before we left. Because there was trouble with the enterance code Not just us there were a line of people outside with the same problem. They also choose to go to another hotel. This hotel is a scam . Don't book this hotel.

To be honest i was very unsure was my first time staying at oyo but i cant blame other oyos because of this one particularly...1st of all issues i found that night was 2 mouses scratching underneath my bed when i got up to see what wS ,i was shocked to see 2 mouses running underneath my legs,2nd tv on wall didnt work because no cable no antena not even sockets behind tv,3rd no hot water,i took shower cold water..ive left room around midnight and i went to sleep somewhere else...this is very bad dealing with people this way,the room was on the ground floor face street for you to know which room i had rats.

On the plus side: It was clean. Codes worked. Coffee maker and cups, hangers, towels, looks like photos. Nice location close to Victoria station and some nice restaurants. Minus: very small hard for two people to move around. Ran out of toilet paper and hot water. Couldn’t reach anyone, nobody responded to messages. Some hooks would be nice.

Couldn’t even get into the room, was given the wrong access codes and the only customer help was a call service with no one in London able to come help in person, went through 5 different customer service staff that couldn’t give me the correct codes and would just put me on hold until eventually hanging up. Very frustrating and ended up losing my money

1. there is no OYO plate on the main door 2. the booking confirmation and booking remainder from Expedia shows different property name!! 3. my check in time is 2pm but wrong door code was whatsapp to me only when I chased the customer service, but was wrong and I was not able to check the correct door code as there wasn't a OYO recognised booking ID on my booking confirmation from Expedia! 4. only before 3pm, the correct code is sent to me with all correct info........ 5. so the whole check-in progress was totally unacceptable and was a mess

No heater in room working. It was freezing cold. No hot water in the room. So shower with cold water in a freezing room. Bathroom is a torture. Hardly 2 feet in width. No better than a person. Complanied about the property to OYO and Expedia 2 days in a row. No action was taken Extremely disappointed with Expedia.
