「The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was very easy to get to from the airport. We were able to walk to Markets, a big and new Mall, and take an uber and public transportation to the city square. Very safe area where everyone we encountered was friendly towards tourists. 」

「Checked in at 1230 am and staff was so welcoming and attentive. I was shown to a quiet second floor room that was a welcome respite to the rainy outdoors, and the room was toasty warm! Location was fantastic - easy access to the produce market, groceries, stores, and an easy 10 minute walk from the bus/train station. 」

「I am in Ukraine to do volunteer work. Before moving to a flat in the city centre, my introduction to Lviv and to Ukraine was the gracious staff at the Hotel Maestral. I walked in the door after a long bus ride and border crossing on Saturday night. I was soooo tired. So, when I walked in the door, and the kind woman behind the desk greeted with, "We've been waiting for you!" and a smile, it warmed my heart.
