“We had an amazing stay in Cedar. The hosts are very kind and accomodating. They took us on a tour of the farm, gifted us a dozen fresh eggs for our stay and a bundle of fresh picked lavendar at our departure. The view of the lake (and farm animals!) from the front porch is great. We enjoyed taking a short walk down to Lake Leelanau to swim and fish daily as well. Our kids ages 14, 11, and 9 had a great time as well!”

“Close to everything we wanted to do. Very unique and quiet. Very nice not to have to bring alot of "stuff " because everything was provided.”

“The property was clean with lovely views of vineyards and fields; beds were comfortable and kitchen was well provisioned with tools needed for cooking. The wrap around deck was lovely, and would have been a great place to veg, had it not been a chilly wet weekend! We highly recommend.”

“Two of my friends and I reserved the Cherry Farmhouse for a long weekend to celebrate our 70th birthdays. We wanted somewhere special and that's exactly what we found! I have booked and stayed at many vacation rentals over the past few decades, and I can say, without reservation, that I have never stayed at a rental property that was as well equipped as the Cherry Farmhouse! You like coffee? Not only did they provide high quality coffee beans, but they also had a grinder, a drip coffee……

“The owner was great and very responsive to any needs we had. My husband, his brother, my sister-in-law and myself, are all late 60's early 70's. Property might not be ideal for some people our age because of uneven flooring. The layout is a bit funky, but such a great location. The front porch is a lovely place to sit and watch wildlife. The outdoor shower turned out to be great fun. The beds were so comfortable, but I would suggest to this owner to go out and purchase new bedding. The bedding……

“Loved the house. Everything was decorated so nicely with antiques and new stuff mixed together. Loved the front porch. When we did eat at the house, that was where we would sit. Loved the little shed out back. Marissa has an extensive CD collection out there with a nice CD player. There’s also a nice garden to sit in right by the shed. The house was also located directly next to the bike trail. Was a nice thing for our adult son to go biking into Traverse while my husband and I enjoyed some……
