「环境不错，房间整体设施也比较齐全，吊扇，中央空调，洗衣机，冰箱等。周边大小超市都有，餐厅也有不少！整体还是不错的」

「The unit is as good overall, and the biggest disappointment was the shower. Fix the floor. It created an unsanitary mental state since the water doesn’t drain completely. The place had character, kitchen was fully stocked with the necessities which was nice to be able to cook. 」

「The property was great! Nice touch with the free water bottles, bluetooth speaker and laundry detergent pods. Big building but also quiet in the residential areas. Nice size pool, cool community center. The only issue is the area behind the building where there is a lot of homeless by the train station. And the garage isn't gated and is public parking which can make things a bit uneasy with a rental car. Other than that the location is excellent and close to everything; downtown, Montross...

「This location was excellent! Very clean and quiet atmosphere. The host was very helpful. I will be re booking in the future.」

「Perfect location if attending an event at the Toyota Center or George Brown Convention Center. The property is safe and secured but do have to be aware of homeless people south a block from the property.」

「The listing was very accurate and the apartment was very nice. Onsite employees were friendly and helpful. I was concerned with parking availability before the trip but used the $10 valet and had no problems. The only draw back was the amount of homeless people in the surrounding area and didn't really work around the area much. We really enjoyed the overall experience and would definately book this apartment again.」

「Such a unique and inviting space, we inly stayed two night but I wish we had stayed an entire week just to enjoy all the beautiful hand picked decor items the hosts brought back from oversees.Tim was an amazing host, and I will definitely be coming back to stay at the Cashbah again! 」

「Great host, however VRBO did a sloppy job communicating my messages with the host in an untimely manner which resulted in an incorrect cancellation fee on the part of VRBO. Still waiting for the refund from VRBO. Other than the above we had a wonderful 3 day stay.」

Terrible facility and service

"I’ve wrote to the hotel three weeks before the arrival and no reply at all. When arrived, you need to call for the shuttle bus, unless other brands, this hotel shared with some other small motels and has fixed schedule that sometime doesn’t meet your schedule. When we arrive hotel finally at 22:00, the front desk didn’t show any hospitality and I was just like talking to a robot. The worse part, there was thunder that night and all the power supplies all of sudden shut down. There was no flashlight available and none in the hotel can explain. The worse part came- they didn’t have emergency power supply so we carried 6 70lb luggages down from 3rd floor with kids… our trip was ruined even before it starts ( we transit via Houston) and the hotel stuffs didn’t care or ever show any emphasis or even try to provide any more information. "
