"常常來河內出差都會選擇老城區的住宿，出城交通雖然會比較塞。但對於辛苦工作回到飯店還要覓食，選在老城區是方便的。 飯店位置很好，附近有很多美食。 飯店裡的服務人員都很好，尤其是櫃檯的接待Jacob, 會說流利的英文外，笑容可掬，非常親切。 在這裡住了六天，早餐很棒、房間很乾淨～ 下次來會再住這裏"

It was a very comfortable stay and felt like at home.We also booked our day trips to Ninh Binh and Halong Bay with the hotel where they gave us good discounts and tour services were excellent. The location of the hotel is the best where everything is nearby. Would love to stay at this hotel again if we visit Hanoi next time."

"The hotel is without a doubt one of the best I’ve stayed in when it comes to service. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We had birthdays during our stay and the staff made sure to leave us with cake and birthday cards in our room on the right days. When I let them know about an issue with the room they went in with a maintenance person immediately to address the problem. The hotel is also very conveniently located and within walkable distance from major attractions. The only thing is I wish there was more variety in the breakfast options each day, as it was mostly the same everyday. Also, there was a leakage problem in the bathtub area that they attempted to fix but ultimately were unable to so we were just given extra towels to soak up the water, which was unfortunate. Otherwise this truly was a great stay and I don’t remember the last time I slept so well in recent months."
