「The unit looks fine and austere, but a very weird odor persisted in the apartment and getting stronger in the corridor and the elevator. Really annoying and nauseous for someone having higher nasal sensitivity. Also the traffic noises, especially from motorbikes, were so loud that they constantly interrupted sleep deep into the night... Feeling the quality of rest generally low 」

「The apartment was beautiful and within easy walking distance of everything. The view was spectacular. The terrace would be lovely when the weather is warmer. I am already planning another trip. There are only 2 things to be aware of: 1) unloading luggage is challenging, there isn't really a good place to park 2) be aware that the main bed is a double and not a queen.」

「The apartment was very clean. It is a building with full time residents. There is no “front desk”, but there is a person at the front door who was very helpful. Also, the valet parking was very convenient and you can go in and out. We were in a corner apartment, a one of the nights it was a bit loud. They provided ear plugs for the noise. It is a city.」

「No elevator for second or third stories, keep in mind bedrooms & bathrooms could be up another flight of stairs. Some bedding & towels had stains. Stocked kitchen with utensils & kitchen ware. Good location for walking but very noisy. 」

「I love staying here. It's so easy and the space is pleasant. Definitely my go to spot for Philly trips.」

「Cozy and well-appointed, larger than it looks in pictures with decent sized shower. The location is great with good access to some of the best parts of Philly. The bed is comfortable and the host is highly responsive and kind in communicating. Fits 2 people quite comfortably. 」

「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」
