「We can literally hear people talking. People next door was very loud, they played music and yelling loud at 1:00 am. We couldn’t fall asleep. AC is right next to my bed and it blows out wind right to your face all night.」

「“The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive, which made me feel welcome and well taken care of. However, the bed was quite noisy, creaking every time I turned, which affected my sleep quality. The pillows were also not very comfortable. Additionally , there was a noticeable odor coming from the bathroom, which could use some attention. I hope the hotel can address these issues to enhance the overall guest experience.”」
