「Very disappointed! No contact was made from property with any check in information! I had to call and they said there had been triple booking and weren't sure what there next move was! An hour later they called back to say it had been sorted and they would send through check in details, waited another hour before getting in contact with then again to see why they hadn't sent through, still no replies until 11pm after we had already had to make other arrangements for the night! Very big let down...

「Our stay at the Sands was great. The communication from Waiheke Unlimited was great. The location is perfect, right on the beach and waking distance to cafes and restaurants. The room was comfortable and had extra amenities like a coffee machine! Perfect for a short or long stay. Our room was only a 1br but we had many family and friends there with 2 and 3 bedrooms which were all lovely. Couldn’t fault it」
