「I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

「The building was very secure, requiring keypad entry at the door as well as elevator and a different code for the room. The studio was very clean, and the building itself was quiet. 「The bars and restaurants are noisy late at night but it's close to many things and the apartment has a desk space as well as the bedroom and kitchen. Very usable for a small apartment and our one request was promptly handled. 」

「Ideal location and beautiful views. Clean and comfortable. Made for a very nice visit. Two downsides - balcony wasn’t available as door was permanently locked. Also the fireplace advertised in posting was not functional. When we messaged the host, she ignored the messages and didn’t acknowledge either one. 「This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! 「The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The property is older, so has some quirks but it was charming. Some loud neighbors but not a big deal. 」
