「We have been staying at the Ivy Cottage for several years for our Spring Break ski trips. It is right at the base of Little Cottonwood Canyon and super convenient for skiing at Alta/Snowbird. It is also fully equipped to cook your own meals and close to local shopping. The hosts are excellent as well and we will be back!」

「The house had enough room and parking spaces for our family. The house is located close to the airport and grocery store. We loved the heated floors. The basement had plenty of gaming tables for the kids to use. The only thing that could have used extra instruction was how to use the screen in the theater room. Overall, great place to stay. 」

「We had more then plenty of room for the 4 adults in our group. There are plenty of outdoor spaces to hang out it, and we absolutely loved the roof top area. Plus the bonus of having our own garage was great. The main living area was very relaxing to hang out in. The host provided great detail on finding and accessing the location. We also found that we had access to all the amenities we would need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again. Thanks, Ryan!」

「Our group of 10 adults and 4 small children found Chateau Woodlands well located to both the downtown SLC wedding we came into town for as well as within reasonable reach (30minutes) of Park City for skiing. 「Communication from the mgt team was outstanding. Professional, friendly, & responsive. Kudos to you. The location is great. It is approx 35 min to Park City & approx 15 min to downtown. The photos are brighter than the house (but, of course, it could be the time of day/season). The house is historic featuring a collection of old books & antiques. They do state this in the description as do a few reviewers. I will say there are more antiques & collectibles in the home than appear on the photos....

「We drove by The grand American and thought it was our hotel so we got a little disappointed coz the hotel is a few cottages on the outside, not particularly appealing. But the lobby is grand and the room is spacious, as shown in the photos. We love the double sinks. 」
