「Apartment was large, comfortable and clean. It had all the utensils and items needed to feel right at home. The surrounding area was also clean and safe… check in was a breeze and so was checkout including checkout instructions. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We were housed in a different property from the original booking. We enjoyed our stay at Innsbruck Summit Properties. You should advertise more of this condo property, its located on the hillside and view is amazing. My family and I will definitely come back here.」

Front office staff was pleasant and accommodating both times (It was the same woman both times...I just can't remember her name. ) If you are going to stay here, you so need to bring a hair dryer, conditioner (shampoo is provided), creamer( if you don't like French vanilla)」

「Communication was flawless from booking to checkout, condo was clean, and everything was comfortable after a long day of snowboarding. 」

「We had an excellent stay and made some great memories at Massanutten with friends. Amanda was fabulous from beginning to end. We couldn't of asked for a better host. She even went above and beyond providing items such as snacks, toiletries etc. The mattresses were so comfortable and location was perfect. We cannot waig to stay again! 」

「Great communication and beautiful surroundings. 」

「Family "snow" vacation; skiers, snow boarders, and tubers all had great time. We even had a couple of teens spend the day at the water park. House was very convenient and clean. Unfortunately the photos of the rooms are old. Living room only had seating for 3 people and there were only 2 dining room chairs that could be moved to provide more. No air hockey, but there was the addition of a PacMan video game. There was plenty of dishware, but very few glasses. All in all a good experience, but...

「For my wife’s birthday weekend I surprised her with a trip to this mountain getaway, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The hostess had a few birthday surprises for my wife which was very thoughtful. She was also very responsive when it came to contacting her for questions or for suggestions on what to do in the area. 「Lovely home for my family of five plus dog to enjoy a winter getaway. Lots of fun for the kids and very good accommodations for all of us. We'd like to come back sometime in the summer.」

「This location is very nice amd our family had a good time. The property was clean, aligned with the pictures and had quite a bit of parking. The one issue we had is that this location is listed as a ski in-ski out and it is NOT. That option required us to walk down the hill which is very impractical. 」

「This was a great spot for our party of nine. The kitchen and bar areas were well stocked. The hot tub was clean and spacious. The two living areas provided options for the kids and adults to have their own spaces to gather. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and the close proximity to the resort amenities. My only feedback is that it would be nice to have more couch seating on the main floor to accommodate more than 5 adults, but we made it work. 」
