「Over all the house and yard were beautiful with lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy. The only downside was we requested the pool to be heated so the kids could enjoy in the evening but unfortunately it never heated so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. 」

You cannot beat the cleanliness, location and amenities of this location. If there is a gripe, it’s the 2-car limit and overgrown tree hedges that make parking a challenge. 「Myself and 6 other friends had stayed at this property for 5 days and loved every minute of it. Host was very responsive with any questions or concerns I had, and amazing to work with. The pictures were very true to how it looked in person, the rooms fit all of us adults very comfortably and the beds were all very comfortable!! 「The property is not in active disrepair, though the sofa bed was damaged upon arrival. There was no communication about having it repaired or replaced during our stay, which meant we had two people sleeping on a broken sofa bed for lack of other space. The owner only communicated the check-in instructions an hour prior to the listed check in time, and gave a time an hour later than the site listed (4pm instead of 3pm). It's a relatively spacious place, and not too far from most amenities. Decent...

「We were a party of twelve - a 3 generational family (grandparents, kids and grandkids) who stayed in Miami for vacation. This property was absolutely perfect for us. PROS: The villa is exactly as seen in the photos. Beautiful and gorgeous. 「7 of us stayed here comfortably - 2 school-aged kids, 4 adults, and a senior. The house and pool are bigger than what the photos indicate. It was wonderful to have 3.5 baths. The mattresses were fine. The BBQ outside was a plus and having a screened-in pool was useful against bugs, bees etc. Viktoriya was attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns.」

「Watched and fed ducks; was quiet even though this unit is part of the main house. Lots of spider webs on exterior, could have been cleaner. Small step up to kitchen not marked. We both tripped several times. One wall of bathroom doesn't go all way to ceiling. Interior door to main house in kitchen only had lock on other side with an insulated curtain. Privacy could be an issue. But didn't feel unsafe in unit or neighborhood. Had a different smell. Not bad or deal breaker, but like cooking spicy...
