「Over all the house and yard were beautiful with lots of amenities for everyone to enjoy. The only downside was we requested the pool to be heated so the kids could enjoy in the evening but unfortunately it never heated so we weren’t able to enjoy the pool. 」

House itself needs updating in spots (unfinished in areas: closet, bathroom, broken bench swing in backyard), cleaning supplies, washcloths for bathrooms, and extra blankets for beds. 「I don’t like to leave negative reviews but I feel obligated to share my experience. I arrived a day before the rest of our family & we noticed that the elevator did not work & it was hot on the 1st floor. We called the owner (Shawn) and he said that was because the Nest thermostats need people to move around to activate the AC.The next day my son & his family arrived & he checked the AC units, he called Shawn & told him it was blowing hot air, Shawn said he would have a guy come out the next...

「5 STARS! This house was incredible! Very clean, very spacious, very tastefully decorated with a lot of amenities! Aaron made sure that everything went smooth from the check in process to the checkout! After 2 years of pandemic without seeing each other, this house made the experience even better! 「Stunning property! 」

「7 of us stayed here comfortably - 2 school-aged kids, 4 adults, and a senior. The house and pool are bigger than what the photos indicate. It was wonderful to have 3.5 baths. The mattresses were fine. The BBQ outside was a plus and having a screened-in pool was useful against bugs, bees etc. Viktoriya was attentive and quick to respond to any questions/concerns.」

We both tripped several times. One wall of bathroom doesn't go all way to ceiling. Interior door to main house in kitchen only had lock on other side with an insulated curtain. Privacy could be an issue. But didn't feel unsafe in unit or neighborhood. Had a different smell. Not bad or deal breaker, but like cooking spicy...
