"Upon arrival I was told that rooms couldn't be assigned to non Indian citizens although I paid in advance. I was sent away to "other hotels" in Adarsh Nagar. I still haven't received a reimbursement for my payment. A terrible way to treat potential customers! Shame on you! "

"The hotel took over an hour to find my reservation- making me wait in the lobby at midnight. I showed all confirmation emails from the hotel itself ,but they still wouldn't let me check-in until they see on their end as well. They had an outdated check-in system and the customer service line was a mess. Beyond that, the rooms were dusty and had proof of bugs nesting in some areas. The staff are not professional at all as they seemed to be local teenagers who were hired cheaply to handle duties...

"Scammers...nothing like the pictures shown. Unhabitable place and expedia cant do anything which is worse. They make property non refundable for a reason...stains everywhere and ripped linens. Upon complaining they tell me i selected maintainance room and i knew about it. Which guest in the world chose maintainance room over a proper guest room. Expedia cant do anything about it because property doesnt want to refund even tho i DID NOT even check in and stayed. I went a night prior directly...
