「Room was lovely and spacious and the hotel is wonderfully positioned especially for Rick Stein’s restaurant. Room was not as clean as it could be and the bathroom had some mould around the shower which needs sorting. Parking is paid for if you don’t book direct with the hotel which seems highly unreasonable. Continental breakfast selection was great and the staff were excellent and very friendly. 「All members of staff were so smiley and helpful. The chef was very supportive with allergies and worked out a menu suitable for dairy/soya free which was very kind and hopefully next time we can try it out as this time we are out. We stayed in a basic double room, very clean and a comfy bed, perfect for our needs for the night. Thank you team well Parc for a the fantastic fireworks display, probably the best one we have seen in many years.」
